Our Mission

Christadelphian Care Services (SA) Incorporated exists to provide caring, financially sustainable residential accommodation and attractive independent living to the Christadelphian community and the general community. Those we can care for include the frail aged, the retired, and those requiring nursing, dementia, respite and palliative residential care.

Bethsalem Care focuses on quality of life, with an emphasis on the physical, spiritual and emotional wellbeing of each resident. Bethsalem Care is also a focus for those who are prepared to give their time and/or resources for the godly work of assisting others in their daily challenges as they age.

GreenBriars Village provides a secure and independent living environment for those seeking a supportive village setting which promotes independence in the context of living by Bible based values.

Our Values

Bethsalem Care is owned and operated by the SA Christadelphian community, who believe that the two greatest commandments are to love God and to love our neighbour.

“We aspire to being a supportive community informed by biblical values, and will do this by:

  • showing integrity and openness
  • being respectful to all people
  • promoting dignity and justice
  • providing compassionate care
  • being a supportive community
  • striving for clinical excellence
  • managing our resources efficiently and effectively
  • fostering collaborative partnerships and
  • being compliant with the legislated requirements of the services we deliver.”

We welcome residents, employees and volunteers who appreciate these values and will do all that we can to make time spent with us a rewarding part of life. We will do this by offering care, comfort and security to those in our care, peace of mind to their loved ones and a meaningful and rewarding career to our employees.

We will employ the best people in our organisation with the expectation that they will uphold the organisational values as they serve our residents and their loved ones.
